Well the moment we have all been waiting for has finally arrived, The Force Awakens trailer is out and people are in love with it. This is a teaser trailer for episode 7 that will be hitting theaters in December of 2015, and fans are excited.

The trailer opens up on what appears to be a Tatooine, and to one scared looking stormtrooper. As the trailer moves on you get a feeling that something is up, especially as they show the scenes of the female running, and then the small robot.

The X-wing starfighters then come into play, a glimpse of the dark side holding a pretty wild looking lightsaber, and finally we see the beloved Millennium Falcon and some tie fighters battling it out.

This teaser trailer definitely gives you the feeling that something has “awakened”, and this looks like it is setting up to be a really awesome Star Wars continuation. In one short video, they gave us a little of everything that should get the fans pumped.

There has been an awakening. Have you felt it? The dark side … and the light.

Those are the only words spoken throughout the entire video, which I think, makes it more powerful than having other characters talking in the trailer. Instead, they simply show us the emotion the characters are feeling as they begin to feel the “awakening”.

The 90 second teaser trailer has given fans something to get excited about, and now we just have to wait for the full trailer to be released. You can see every scene from the new trailer before, and there is of course, the trailer to watch.

December of 2015, while a year away, is certainly shaping up to be one awesome month. Not only will we have the new Star Wars movie, but we will also have a new Star Wars game. Battlefront is scheduled to launch around the same time as The Force Awakens. Talk about Star Wars overload.
