Star Wars Battlefront was released on November 17 and it seems the game in its early stages has given rise to what some are calling the Battlefront immortal player. While some may call it an early game bug, others may see this event as a player who is purposely glitching or hacking. The good news is that it does appear to be just a bug and players should not worry about, or blame, the affected player.

Most games these days will encounter some bugs when initially released and it just seems to be part of the difficult gaming business that we live in. While this bug, and many other game release bugs, really frustrate the gaming community, I am confident they will take action and release a patch soon.
Nobody seems to know what exactly causes players to become immortal in this new bug that is beginning to surface around the Internet. Some people are saying it happened randomly during a game and some others are saying it happened after crashing a vehicle, but nobody really knows at this point.
If you do encounter one of these players while gaming who doesn’t seem to take any damage from anything you throw at him or her, your best bet is to leave or wait until the round is over. It does suck when someone is racking up 100 kills and no deaths so I am guessing most people will probably just take off.
Let’s see if there is some patch that is released over the next few days that will address this Battlefront immortal player as I think they would want to squash this bug as soon as possible. Dice has been very responsive in the past when dealing with glitches, bugs, and even hacks, so I don’t expect anything less in Star Wars Battlefront.
