Reporting game glitches

How do we go about reporting glitches? When I play split-screen on Endor, sometimes the bottom players screen is just black and we have to restart the whole game.

It sounds like the map is corrupted. Since it only happens on that map, it just tells me that something is wrong with the map file. Are you able to repair the game install?

 

I have no idea how to do that.....

 

Hmmmm, have you tried to reinstall the game to see if that helps? You could delete the game and reinstall it and not lose anything.

It should not be affected as it is stored in the cloud, but have you installed the update that was released today? It may have fixed it.
