I use just the TIE Fighters and I do just fine...I don't think the Interceptors offer any real difference. I mean maybe they do, but I haven't noticed. Anyone else?
Yeah exactly, so what is the point. Now here is my theory from doing research for the game. So if you notice the TIE Fighters have a speed boost, and the TIE Interceptors don't...so maybe they are faster. If that is the case, then I think the TIE Interceptors lack in maneuverability. So while the TIE Fighters are slower, they can turn quicker..while the TIE Interceptors are faster...they lack in maneuverability. Thoughts?
Well I have the Xbox one and the setup for the TIE fighters are both exactly the same, speed boost on the left bumper and ion torpedoes on the right bumper. The X Wing and A wing are different they have the shield on the left bumper, but different torpedoe types on the right bumper. I haven't played this game on my PC so as far as the Xbox is concerned the maneuverability and speed all feel exactly the same.
